What are those songs they always play on movie trailers? The ones with the corus singing and the loud music behind it. please let me know the names if you know them.

Tip: If the trailer is from the last 18 months its probably a Moby song.

Yes I mean the big orchitra ones. Have you ever heard of Carmina Burana? Like that song.
Looking for music like Lord of The Rings but not that music.

Go down to your local library... if they've got a music section then I bet that they've got CDs full of copyright free scores from movies & tv.

I can't remember the name of the colleciton that I saw in my library, but in the CD series they had themes from all sorts of genres... horror/suspense, comedy, surf tunes, action, porn, fantasy/sci-fi, etc....

each theme came in three lengths: 30secs, 90secs and 180secs.

If I remember what they're called I'll drop you a line.

A lot of trailers recently (The Beach, Buffy, etc..) have used music by a band called Vast. This band have chugging industrial guitars alongside choir chants and stuff, and are quite amazing. The song the trailers usually use is called 'Touched', but Buffy/Angel have used 'Here'. Both are from the band's debut album. http://www.realvast.com for more information.

I know what music your talking about. Take a look at the Romeo and Juliet (Baz Lurman version)soundtrack on IMDB. Its not on the cd I dont think but its used at the very start of said movie with some sweeping helicopter shots of the city of 'verona'.
